1. Regular worship with your family
2. Completion of 15 Sermon Notes
3. Participation in the weekly Confirmation class as scheduled

Electives: (select two)

1. ___Regularly do Faith5 as a family

3. ___Help with the annual Holiday Craft Fair
4. ___Perform special music during worship
5. ___Participate in the Christmas Pageant
6. ___Serve as a Sunday School helper once a month
7. ___Help at Loaves and Fishes at least 4 times
8. ___Help at a Church Workday
9. ___Your suggestion, approved by confirmation leaders
